Booking & Event Policies
A simple overview of what to expect when booking and hosting an event with Laser Tag On The Go. Your signed event agreement contains the complete terms for your specific booking.
Your Date Is Reserved After Booking Is Complete
Asking about a date or receiving a quote does not reserve an event. Your booking is confirmed after the signed agreement is completed and the $200 non-refundable retainer is received. Dates remain subject to availability until both requirements are completed.
Retainer & Final Balance
A $200 non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event. The remaining balance is due according to the payment terms provided with your booking and signed event agreement.
Changes to Your Event
We understand that plans can change. Cancellation and rescheduling terms may vary depending on the event and timing. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. The cancellation and rescheduling terms contained in your signed event agreement apply to your booking.
Outdoor Events & Weather
Weather can affect outdoor events. If you have a suitable indoor backup space, please let us know in advance so we can determine whether the event can be moved indoors. If weather may affect your event, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the available options with you. Weather-related changes, cancellations and rescheduling are subject to the terms of your signed event agreement.
We Arrive Before Your Event
Our Game Coaches generally arrive approximately 30–45 minutes before the scheduled start time to unload equipment and prepare the playing area. Setup time can vary depending on the event, venue and selected setup.
Preparing Your Event Space
Please make sure the event space provides suitable access and enough clear space for the selected setup. The playing area should be accessible to our team when we arrive so setup can begin on time. We'll work with you before the event if there are questions about the playing area, indoor backup space or access for our equipment.
Help Us Start on Time
Please have the event area accessible and participants ready for the scheduled start time. Our Game Coaches will handle the equipment, game instructions and gameplay so your group can focus on having fun.
Let Us Know Your Expected Group Size
Your expected player count helps us prepare the appropriate equipment and setup for your event. If your attendance changes, please contact us before the event. Changes in player count may affect your package, equipment, setup or pricing depending on your booking.
Player Waivers
Guests attending an upcoming event should use the waiver link provided by the event host or in their event communication so the waiver is connected to the correct event.

Laser Tag On The Go is fully insured. A W-9 is available upon request, and a Certificate of Insurance listing the venue can be provided when required for schools, municipalities, companies and other organizations.
